Motive & Frame is establishing a focused permanent recruitment service. There are no live vacancies advertised here and we are not accepting applications at this stage. Please do not send a CV, identification documents, certificates or references.
What the service will cover
The initial focus is experienced installers joining an employer directly. The employer will employ and pay you. This is not a temporary staffing or subcontractor service.
Before an introduction, we will discuss the actual job and the practical details that affect whether it suits you:
- The products you would install and the experience the employer needs.
- The depot or first site, start time, transport and whether the normal journey works for you.
- Basic pay, hours, overtime and the arrangements for tools and transport.
- Your interest in the role, availability and anything that still needs checking.
You will not pay a work-finding fee.
The proposed placement fee is paid by the hiring business. Candidates will not be charged for introductions or finding work through Motive & Frame.
An introduction you know about
When intake opens, we will explain how your information will be used and agree which employer will receive your details before making an introduction. An introduction is not a job offer. The employer makes the hiring decision and you decide whether to accept an offer.
We will explain which work history, references or certificates are relevant to the role and what needs checking. Your starting area and travel preferences help us discuss the journey; your home address will not be published in a public profile.
An interview arranged around both diaries
If you and the employer want to meet, we will gather your availability, confirm a time that works for both sides, and send the agreed format, location and interview details. We will help coordinate changes and feedback. This is a personally coordinated service, not an automated booking portal.
