Visiting this website
Netlify hosts this website. Delivering and protecting web pages involves technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser information, the page requested and the time of the request. We use website hosting for our legitimate interests in providing a functioning, secure business website. See Netlify’s privacy information for its handling of technical and service information.
The website code includes no advertising pixels or behavioural analytics and does not set cookies, local storage or session storage. Fonts are hosted with the website. There are no embedded maps, videos or social-media trackers.
Your brief stays on your device until you send it
The optional employer brief helper prepares text in your browser. It does not submit a form, upload documents, save your entries to website storage or send an email. Copying places the text on your device’s clipboard. Opening an email draft passes the prepared text to your email app. You choose whether to send it.
Website search and answers
Website search, FAQ matching and the fee calculator run in your browser. Searches are not sent to an AI provider or saved to website storage. Answers come from our written service information. No live AI service is enabled on this website.
If you email us
We receive your email address, message and any name, organisation or role information you choose to include. We use this to reply, understand the vacancy and discuss whether a recruitment search is appropriate. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
For business contacts, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and discussing relevant services. Where you would personally enter a contract and request necessary preparatory steps, we may instead rely on those steps before a contract. We retain records required by law on the basis of that legal obligation.
Our business email is hosted by Google. Messages are handled by Maximillian and by email, hosting and security service providers where needed to deliver and protect the service. Sending an email also involves your own email provider. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute.
Provider processing and international transfers
Netlify and Google may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including contractual clauses and UK provisions where applicable. See Netlify’s privacy information and Google’s data-processing terms. Contact Maximillian for information about the safeguards applicable to your information or to request a copy. We do not claim that all data stays in the UK.
How long we keep enquiries
We review general enquiries and delete those that do not become an engagement within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an active dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Contract, invoice and compliance records are retained for the periods applicable to those records.
Candidate information
Candidate intake is not open and no live vacancies are advertised here. Please do not send CVs, identity documents, health information, bank details, passwords or other people’s personal information. An unsolicited CV is not an application to an advertised vacancy. A separate recruitment privacy notice will explain candidate sourcing, checks, sharing and retention before that activity begins.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and request correction. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
You may object to direct marketing at any time, free of charge. Contact Maximillian to exercise a right or raise a concern. Reasonable identity checks may be needed before information is disclosed. We handle requests within the applicable legal time limits.

Decisions and changes
This website does not rank candidates, generate candidate profiles or make hiring decisions. We will update the relevant privacy information if website data collection, recruitment activity or service providers change.
